The vacation home Colonno Penthouse is located in Colonno on the northern part of Lake Como. The picturesque village is located directly on the lake at the foot of Monte Costone, where there are numerous hiking trails. The vacation home impresses with a spectacular, private outdoor area with infinity pool and fantastic views of the lake. The stylishly furnished vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and SAT TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib. The highlight of the property is the beautiful, private spa area consisting of a Turkish Bath and hot tub indoors and an infinity pool with shower outdoors. Here you are guaranteed a relaxing vacation in front of a magnificent backdrop overlooking the lake. In your garden, on the balcony or the covered terrace there are cozy dining areas with a parasol. Prepare delicious meals on the grill to enjoy outdoors with your loved ones. Several restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping facilities as well as a bakery can be reached in Ossuccio, less than 3 km away (5 minutes by car). The nearest supermarket is an 8-minute drive (4.4 km) away. Colonno's public beach is a 5-minute walk from the vacation home, and for a longer walk guests can follow the Greenway del Lago di Como hiking trail. Other beaches, including Argegno (3.3 km), Ossuccio (3.8 km), Lenno (5.2 km), Menaggio (13 km) are just a few minutes away by car. You can reach a boat rental after 4 km and the ferry Cadennabia, which takes you to Bellagio and Varenna after 9,3 km. Also take a trip to Villa del Balbianello (4.4 km) or Villa Carlotta Gardens (8.5 km). Milan Malpensa Airport is 1 hour away by car (69 km). Parking is available on the property and on the street and a garage is available for your car. Pets are not allowed. The pool is closed from October 30th to April 30th. Parties are strictly forbidden. Guests are kindly asked to adhere to the mandatory recycling rules. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
